Chosen Life

Davar Collection

Rooted in the Torah's timeless call to "choose life," Chosen Life centers on the Hebrew word חיים (Chaim), transforming one of Scripture's most enduring messages into a contemporary expression of faith and purpose.

Inspired by Devarim (Deuteronomy) 30:19, the work reflects Moses' final appeal to the people of Israel before entering the Promised Land—a reminder that life is not merely received, but consciously chosen. Through bold abstraction, layered texture, and expressive movement, the painting invites reflection on the daily decisions that shape who we become.

The vibrant crimson palette evokes vitality, courage, and the enduring strength of the human spirit, while the Hebrew lettering anchors the work in the timeless language of the Torah.
