Original Artwork

Each Tuvya artwork is an original, handcrafted piece created with care and intention. Due to the nature of original art, subtle variations in texture, finish, and color are part of the creative process and contribute to the uniqueness of each work.

Final Sale

All artwork purchases are final sale. Because each piece is original or individually prepared for its collector, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or order cancellations after a purchase has been completed.

We encourage collectors to review all artwork details, dimensions, and images carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions, we are happy to assist you prior to purchase.

Shipping

Every artwork is professionally packaged to help ensure safe delivery. Shipping times may vary based on destination, artwork size, and carrier schedules.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If your artwork arrives with visible shipping damage, please retain the original packaging, photograph both the packaging and artwork, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with the shipping claim process.

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect the ability to pursue a carrier claim.

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon delivery of the artwork to the shipping carrier. While Tuvya takes great care in packaging every order, we are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, mishandling, or damage occurring during transit or after delivery.

Artwork Presentation

We make every effort to accurately represent each artwork through photography. However, colors, textures, and finishes may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and viewing environments. These natural variations are not considered defects.

All artwork, images, designs, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Tuvya and are protected under applicable copyright laws.

No artwork or content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tuvya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, shipment, installation, display, or use of any artwork.

In any event, Tuvya's total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the artwork.
