Hidden Light

Ahava Collection

Rooted in the Hebrew word אהבה (Ahava), meaning "love," Hidden Light explores the beauty that often lies beneath the surface. Rendered in layers of black and subtle texture, the work reveals itself gradually, inviting the viewer into a quieter and more intimate experience.

Inspired by the commandment found in Devarim (Deuteronomy) 6:5, this piece reflects a love that is not dependent on outward display, but one that endures in devotion, presence, and faithfulness. Like the deepest forms of love, its brilliance is not always immediate. It is discovered over time.

Through restraint and simplicity, Hidden Light speaks to the unseen dimensions of the soul and the belief that what is most precious is often hidden from view. Beneath the darkness, light remains. Beneath the surface, love continues to resonate.

The work serves as a reminder that not all beauty demands attention. Some of the most profound things in life reveal themselves quietly, to those willing to look closely.
